Etalon Acoustics is a Hungarian manufacturer headed up by Laszlo Sallay, who make beautifully finished loudspeakers, DACs and amplifiers.

New for 2012 the company has released the Integral. As the name suggest the Etalon Integral is an integrated amplifier which claims a unique design with only 2 stages of amplification in the signal path, which Etalon claim offers reproduction with little or no variation from the original recording.

The Integral is designed for use with high-end sources and all types of loudspeakers.

The amplifier consists of two completely independent mono-blocs, both with their own low noise, dual wound toroidal power supplies.

Interesting the Integral sports no knobs or buttons on its fascia and is completely controlled by the remote.

Output is 100W into 8 Ohms with the first 25 watts operating in class A. Dimensions are 455mm x 324mm x 444mm (LWH), it weighs 35Kg and has a 3 year warranty. The unit is available in four “ultra high polish” finishes and costs 9100€
