Chord Electronics has released a stylish new protective leather case for the Hugo 2 DAC/headphone amp, in a choice of two colours, rich black and oxblood (pictured).

Made from genuine leather with precision cutaways for the control spheres, top-mounted volume sphere and viewing window, plus the connectivity suites at either end of the device, the new case offers custom-made protection for the DAC/amp.

Embossed with the Hugo2 and Chord identifier logos, the new case is handmade and lined with Alcantara-type suede to protect the device’s finish. The case costs £50 and fits without hindering the remote-control operation.
