NEW GENERATION OF ANSUZ POWERSWITCH LAUNCHED

Audio Group Denmark brand Ansuz is introducing the new Ansuz PowerSwitch Generation 3 series of X-TC3, A3 and D3 ethernet switches.

With the integration of their technological advancements, Ansuz has strengthened the X-TC, A2 and D2 Ansuz PowerSwitch models of ethernet switches, upgrading them to the third generation.

Danish HiFi brand Ansuz has applied their latest technological advances to the Ansuz PowerSwitch series, improving noise reduction and resonance control.

ANSUZ POWERSWITCH GENERATION 3 SERIES

The Ansuz PowerSwitch Generation 3 series has been designed with the aim of delivering a clean streaming signal to your HiFi system. To achieve this, Ansuz has employed its most advanced audio technologies of noise reduction and resonance control. They say that this means that virtually no disturbing noise is transmitted from the PowerSwitch to the other audio components in your HiFi setup.

3RD GENERATION ANALOGUE DITHER TECHNOLOGY

Analogue dither technology has its origin in radar, where it provides a stronger signal and thus a longer range. Active Tesla coils send pulsating signals with precisely defined frequencies. These signals are sent in antiphase. Ansuz has adopted that principle into its audio technology. This aims to amplify the music signal and eliminate background noise. Ansuz has further developed and refined this technology for high-end audio applications and only recently ushered in a third generation of analogue dither technology. This third generation is also integrated into the top-of-the-line loudspeaker series, the Børresen M1, and in Aavik’s flagship 880 Amplifier model.

TESLA COIL TECHNOLOGY

The main operating principle of the Ansuz Tesla coil is that two coils are wound in opposite directions – one coil and one counter coil. In Ansuz’s words, this is called a “double inverted coil.” The two coils both carry voltage and when one of the Tesla coils encounters a voltage spike, a counter coil is activated to eliminate the noise. Since these noise spikes are pure voltage carrying virtually no charge, the cancellation is quite good, but not perfect. Ansuz say that connecting more Tesla coils in parallel will further enhance this noise-cancelling effect. Different types of Tesla coils are used in the Ansuz Power Switch Generation 3, as their individual properties complement and reinforce each other.

ACTIVE ZIRCONIUM TESLA COIL

Ansuz equipped the new PowerSwitch Generation 3, with the latest, most advanced version of Tesla coil technology – the Ansuz Active Zirconium Anti-Aerial Resonance Tesla Coil. Ansuz has incorporated a zirconium rod into the design of the anti-aerial resonance coil. The properties of this zirconium rod are designed for a high level of resonance control.

ANSUZ POWERSWITCH GENERATION 3 SERIES CABINET

The cabinet of the Ansuz PowerSwitch Generation 3 has been designed to eliminate sonic distortion. The disturbing sound influence emanating from the material the cabinet is made of, often aluminium, results from its mechanical resonances. To eliminate this sound distortion, Ansuz uses an innovative, natural-based composite material that reduces mechanical influence, particularly hysteresis.

BUILT IN ANSUZ POWERBOX

Ansuz PowerSwitch Generation 3 features the Line/Stage section from the Ansuz Powerbox. This Powerbox section transfers the noise cancelled signal from the Ansuz PowerSwitch to the more advanced series’ of Ansuz cables.
