Atlas Cables, the engineering-led British audio and video cable manufacturer, has announced the launch of its new Ascent 3.5 MKII speaker cable. As the entry point to Atlas’ Reference range of audiophile cables, the Ascent 3.5 MKII employs similar design characteristics to Atlas’s Mavros and Asimi cable ranges.
Available from June 2013, Atlas Ascent 3.5 MKII has a UK SRP of £200.00 per stereo meter and can be purchased in ready-terminated sets using Atlas’ cold-weld connectors and a choice of Expanding Rhodium plugs or teflon dielectric OCC Spades..
Commenting on the new Ascent 3.5 MKII, Kevin Kelly, Managing Director of Atlas Cables, said, “We are constantly looking at ways that we can improve our products to give our customers the most faithful reproduction possible.
