AUDIUM Air v2 At High End Munich
Berlin based Audium will show their Airv2 system at Munich this year. Klaus Siegesleitner, Audium’s CTO told us: “Two loudspeakers in front of you – and the audio source in your hands: your tablet, your smartphone or your laptop – that’s all you need!”
The speakers are connected to your WiFi network and receive audio via AirPlay, DLNA or through digital sources connected via the optical or coaxial SPDIF inputs. Connect your flatscreen, a CD-drive, your Playstation or any other digital source. Control of the system is done through the AUDIUMv2 App ( Volume Control, input selection and setting speaker parameters).
And for playing back of your favourite tunes you use the App of your choice including files on your NAS, your Smartphone, or streaming of TIDAL or QOBUZ.
All of Audium’s point-source speakers are available in the Air Version: Comp3, 5, 7, 8 and 9. The Comp9 Drive (semi-active speaker) with Atoll-electronics will be demonstrated in the listening booth at the show with all the others, and Atoll’s devices on show outside.
