After making its debut a decade ago, the fourth generation Burson Soloist Headphone Amp/Preamp returns.

Class A

The  Soloist 3X features high current Class-A amplification, fully discrete circuitry and Burson proprietary Max Current Power Supplies.

There are three levels of feedback based gain, matching headphones from 60db to 108db sensitivity. The headphone power amp mode removes volume control from the signal path.  The Soloist 3X uses the same MUSE72320 based volume control used in many ultra-high-end preamps.
