Cyrus Audio’s bespoke control app has been released for use on Android with their all-in-one Lyric Now_Playing_UPnP_framedSeries products. Cadence was previously only available for Apple devices, so this launch allows a huge swathe of Cyrus customers to access the app for controlling their Cyrus products.

Initially only for the Cyrus’s Lyric Series, Cadence will be rolled out for the company’s second generation music streamers in June this year.

Cadence allows the user to control all of the inputs of their Cyrus streaming device. Full playback control allows the user to completely replace a remote control with the app.  Cadence also allows users to save music in Favourites lists.

Lyric series products will need a small firmware update in order to work with the new Android app.
