Melodika, the Polish manufacturer of cables and loudspeakers, has introduced the new version of the BL40 floorstanding speakers.

Melodika BL40 MK3 is an updated version of what they say is “one of the biggest bestsellers on the Polish audio market”. This time, the focus was on technological modifications in order to meet the changing needs of the market.

Changes in the new model are primarily moving the bass reflex port to the front of the loudspeaker housing. Thus, the BL40MK3 is a loudspeaker that can be placed very close to the wall. The housing is also now made of MDF of increased quality. The interior is equipped with bituminous mats and felts whose function is to dampen and load the loudspeakers. Price is around £600.
