SCV have announced a new partnership with French Hifi component manufacturer Micromega ‘Le son de France’.
Since the late 1980s, Micromega have designed and manufactured digital source devices, but for the past four years Micromega has been without a distribution partner for the UK and Ireland, but following an official confirmation shortly after the 2018 Hifi Show Live in Windsor, SCV are delighted to be reintroducing the Micromega range of Hifi components back to the UK.
Micromega – Le son de France
Micromega’s current product line up are divided into two groups. The entry-level ‘My’ Range has been steadily growing since its launch in 2012 and includes a wide range of components such as the MyDAC, MyZIC headphone amplifier, MyGROOV photo stage and MyAMP AB stereo amplifier.
Meanwhile their more recent M-One range sports two ‘all-in-one’ networkable amplifiers each with built in DACs. Both the M100 and M150 models in the range feature A/B amplification, wireless connectivity and bluetooth, whilst the M150 also features Micromega’s proprietary M.A.R.S acoustic correction functionality and a built-in binaural headphone amp.
Bristol Hifi Show 2019
The full Micromega line-up will be on display at the 2019 Bristol Hifi Show (22nd – 24th February 2019) along with an M-One rigged up for live demo in Room 326. Members of both the SCV and Micromega teams will also be on hand to field queries on both of the key product lines.
