Shunyata Research, a company established in 1998, has announced the release of its latest power cords the Shunyata Research ALPHA-X And SIGMA-X Power Cords. These new models incorporate advanced technologies aimed at enhancing audio performance.
SHUNYATA RESEARCH ALPHA-X AND SIGMA-X POWER CORDS
The ALPHA-X and SIGMA-X power cords feature three key innovations, which the brand explain as follows:
TAPc Technology: This patent-pending transverse axial polarizer (TAP) is designed to reduce module size and integrates advanced performance improvements into power cords, say Shunyata.
NR Gen-3 Circuit: The third-generation noise reduction (NR) circuit builds on Shunyata’s extensive research and testing.
KPIP v2: An updated version of Shunyata’s Kinetic Phase Inversion Process (KPIP), which Shunyata claim “enhances the performance of cables and reduces the break-in period”.
