Gérard Chrétien Of Focal Has Passed Away
French loudspeaker and headphone manufacturer, Focal, is paying tribute to Gérard Chrétien, an iconic figure of the hifi world. Fan of sound and music, this fascinating and passionate man had made his mark on Focal history since 1990.
With Jacques Mahul and the Focal teams, he contributed to many innovations and to the French and international reputation of the brand. Hifi Pig were lucky to have met Gérard when we visited Focal HQ and at many Hifi shows, he will be sadly missed.
Gérard Chrétien died on the 1st October, 2017.
