NOTE Loudspeakers of Czechia has announced the Commona SE, the Special Edition successor to the Commona.

While maintaining the classic form of its predecessor, the NOTE Loudspeakers Commona SE is finished in Exotic Wenge with a brushed metal front plate.

The Commona SE is a two-way loudspeaker with a modified 0,98 inch (25mm) ultra-low-mass textile tweeter and specially customized 7,4 inch (188mm) long-throw cone mid-woofer made of a special varnished hardened paper.

Crossover

It’s a sealed (acoustic suspension) rather than ported design, with a carefully optimised crossover design featuring selected components, incorporating the high quality ceramic resistors, “audiophile grade” metallized polypropylene capacitors (MKP) and customised air-core inductors.

The NOTE Loudspeakers Commona SE is designed especially for mid and high-powered audio amplifiers.
