The new 2021 Jay’s Audio DAC2-MK3 is a high-performance R-2R DAC designed to pair with the CDT2-MK3 CD transport and any stereo digital source.

The DAC core conversion module is equipped with the latest flagship Soekris dam1941-12 R-2R D/A module along with the Jay’s Audio tuned Discrete Analog Output Stage.

POWER

The new DAC also features proprietary AC power filtering and encapsulated Talema AC transformers. Schottky Diode, Walt Jung Super Regulators with the combination of selected components, supply high speed, linear, precision regulated DC power to the DAC board. The digital and analogue sections of the power supply are completely isolated.

INPUTS

There is a full array of digital inputs including USB, I2S, SPDIF BNC, RCA, XLR and Toslink.
