NEIL MASON, MUSIC JOURNALIST, JOINS TEAM HIFI PIG

We are delighted to introduce a new member to the HiFi Pig editorial team in the form of Neil Mason.

Neil is a UK-based, freelance music journalist and has worked at some of the world’s most respected titles including Muzik, Melody Maker and NME. He was also editor of War Child’s groundbreaking music download site Warchild Music.
He recently left Electronic Sound magazine after eight years as their commissioning editor to spend more time watching the telly and drinking Yorkshire Tea. Or freelancing, depending on how it all goes.
Neil joins HiFi Pig in a bid to give your speakers a proper musical workout and says his aim is to introduce you to the best new music, the best old music, well, just the best music really. If he was on Mastermind his specialist subject might well be British Synthpop 1980—82.
Neil will be sharing his passion for music with HiFi Pig readers through fab playlists for you to enjoy, plus regular interviews and features.

HiFi Pig Says: We are excited to welcome Neil to Team HiFi Pig and believe he will bring a fresh and enthusiastic musical twist to our content, further strengthening our position in the wonderful world of audio.
