DANISH BRAND AUDIOVECTOR RELAUNCH THEIR ON-WALL AND ON/IN-CEILING SPEAKER RANGE

The Danish brand has now announced the relaunch of their on-wall and in/on-ceiling speaker range with the new Audiovector R-Series.

Audiovector loudspeakers have been made since 1979 in Copenhagen, Denmark, they have now revamped their custom install offering with new on-wall and in/on ceiling loudspeakers.

AUDIOVECTOR R-SERIES WALL

The Audiovector R-Series Wall speakers feature the same technology as their R-Series. Audiovector says that the concept of the R-Series wall speakers is somewhat unconventional in the realm of CI speakers. It is a 3 -way system with a single high excursion bass driver, combined with double midrange drivers, that act as both midrange drivers and as reflection-cancelling units. Audiovector adds their hand-built, Evotech dome tweeters for the Signature speakers, or either of the two versions their our in-house designed and built AMT drivers found in the Avantgarde and Arreté models.

AMT TWEETERS

Based on the original technology invented by Dr Oscar Heil in the 1970s, the Audiovector AMT tweeters have no mass to accelerate or decelerate and go up to more than 50.000 Hz with fine dispersion in both the horizontal and vertical plane. A special grid on the Arreté models is designed to optimise the reproduction of fine detail and minimises sibilants.

AUDIOVECTOR R-SERIES WALL FINISHES

The Audiovector R-Series Wall series is available in Black Matte and White Silk with custom piano colours on request. A cloth grille is included with all speakers.
