THREE BRANDS NOT TO MISS AT THE UK HIFI SHOW LIVE 2022 AT ASCOT SEPT 10^TH AND 11^TH

Great Britain’s Chord Electronics and Chord Company, plus Japan’s Melco Audio, are set to showcase their latest HiFi products and technologies at The UK Hi-Fi Show Live 2022 this weekend at Ascot Racecourse Grandstand.

CHORD ELECTRONICS

British amplification and digital audio brand Chord Electronics will be demonstrating its new ULTIMA PRE 3 preamp combined with the ULTIMA 6 stereo power amplifier.  Three decades in development, the ULTIMA-technology amplifiers distil 33 years of UK amplifier design, engineering and manufacturing into a high-end British-made range.

Chord Electronics’ show system will also include its flagship front-end, the DAVE DAC/preamp, combined with the company’s latest FPGA-based one-million-tap 768 kHz upscaling technology in the Hugo M Scaler.

MELCO AUDIO

Japan’s Melco Audio will once again occupy a premium position at The UK HiFi Show Live 2022, displaying a huge range of its Japanese-engineered digital music libraries, including a brand new unannounced model! Visitors can experience the entry-level N100, the recently released SSD-based N50 and the two-box N10/2 digital music libraries. Also on display will be the D100 digital optical drive, plus the company’s two audiophile-grade data switches, the S100 and the new flagship two-box S10.

Team Melco Audio will have a huge presence at the show, too, with Melco Audio’s UK General Manager in attendance, along with Melco’s UK sales team, plus expert team members from ADMM, Melco Audio’s UK distributor. This wealth of Melco expertise means that visitors can draw from a specialist team all of whom are on hand to offer advice, answer questions and guide music lovers towards the benefits of Melco library storage, playback and streaming.

CHORD COMPANY

Great Britain’s Chord Company will be demonstrating a wide range of high-performance AV cables, including the recently announced PowerHAUS M6 and S6 power distribution blocks. The company’s popular demonstrations, which run every 30 minutes from 10.00-16.00, will also feature a wide selection of cables from Chord Company’s comprehensive range groupings, from the mid-range Shawline, to the flagship ChordMusic line.

In addition, visitors to the Chord Company’s rooms will have the chance to enter a competition to win a £500 Epic HDMI AOC cable by simply giving feedback on the cable demonstration. Chord Company’s team will be available to advise visitors on all aspects of system cabling, set up and optimisation throughout the weekend.
