KLAUDIO MAGNEZAR TURNTABLE TURNTABLE LAUNCHED
The Klaudio Magnezar Turntable incorporates magnetic bearings, liquid stabilization, and a direct drive system.
Klaudio is a designer of audio equipment founded in 2013. It was created by parent company Koolance, a manufacturer of liquid cooling equipment since 2000, which obviously influences their approach to turntable and tonearm design.
KLAUDIO MAGNEZAR TURNTABLE
Featuring a platter that floats entirely on permanent magnets, Magnezar eliminates the need for traditional mechanical thrust bearings.
LIQUID STABILIZATION
At the heart of Magnezar lies an ‘exceptionally quiet’ direct drive motor. The Klaudio Magnezar Turntable also features the inclusion of liquid stabilization.
TANGENTIAL TONEARM
Magnezar’s automatic clamping system secures both the centre and periphery of the record. Additionally, the turntable can accommodate two tonearms including support for Klaudio’s tangential tonearm and laser pod.

The Klaudio Magnezar Turntable will debut at the Pacific Audio Fest 2023, this weekend, in Seattle.
You can hear the Klaudio Magnezar Turntable from June 23rd to 25th, at Cascade Room #3 on the 2nd floor of the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Seattle Airport.
KLAUDIO MAGNEZAR TURNTABLE PRICE
Price TBC. Their Tangential Tonearm starts at $15,000 so I imagine the pricing of the turntable will be quite significant.
HiFi PiG Says: A really interesting turntable, it is fascinating to see the influence on audio from other industries.
