WiiM Amp can be used with passive speakers, a home theatre setup or in a system with a turntable and you can also stream from the WiiM Home App directly from a preferred music app or by using voice commands.

AFFORDABLE HOME CONNECTION

The WiiM Amp caters to those seeking to optimize vintage high-quality audio systems or those looking to use their classic passive speakers with their favourite platforms. By seamlessly connecting your audio gear to the WiiM Amp, you can control your streaming preference from the of the WiiM Home App. The WiiM Voice Remote controller provides another alternative to wireless control for WiiM Amp.

CLASS D AMPLIFICATION

The WiiM Amp: Class-D amplifier with 60 Watts per channel (8 ohms) or 120 Watts per channel (4 ohms), delivers enough power for even demanding speakers, with the ability to run up to four on a single amplifier. The WiiM Amp merges a high-quality streamer with a TI 3255 Amplifier chip.

ESS SABRE PREMIUM DAC

Using the ESS’ patented 32-bit HyperStream DAC architecture to deliver low distortion and wide dynamic range. It has a Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) of 135 dB (A-wt) and a Total Harmonic Distortion plus Noise (THD+N) of -120 dB across sample rates from 44.1k to 192k, courtesy of its ultra-low noise clock and optimized power and circuit design.

EQ

Various EQ and Parametric EQ options are available to enhance the sound to suit individual preferences, speakers and different listening environments. Includes 24 preset EQ settings, 10-brand graphic EQ adjustable to every audio source (Line in, BT or network) and 4-band parametric EQ that allows more fine granular adjustments.

WIIM AMP STREAMING AMPLIFIER INPUTS AND OUTPUTS

WiiM Amp features analogue (RCA), digital Optical port, HDMI ARC and up to 24-bit/192 kHz of gapless playback of high-res music.

Audio output (bananas) is up to 192 kHz/ 24-bit, varying sample rate and bit depth based on the audio source without resampling. The Subwoofer out offers automatic bass management when paired with an external subwoofer.

VOICE ASSISTANT

WiiM Amp lets users stream their favourite music, TV audio, radio, podcasts and more from iOS, Macbook, and Apple TV. It supports Apple AirPlay 2, Google Chromecast, Alexa Music Cast, Deezer, Qobuz, Pandora, DLNA, Spotify Connect, and TIDAL HiFi and HiFi+, which lets you cast YouTube Music, TV audio, radio stations, podcasts and local content directly from your favourite Chromecast-enabled App. Since it works with Siri, Alexa, and Google, you can choose your favorite voice assistants to control music selection, volume, and playback.

SIMPLE SET UP

WiiM Amp will pop up automatically in the WiiM Home app. With the simple in-app guide and compact size, the device can be set up in less than two minutes, say WiiM.

ROON CERTIFICATION ON THE WAY

With the frequent software updates and Roon Ready certification being expected in the near future, and automatic OTA, the WiiM Amp is designed to also keep right up to date.

The WiiM Amp is available now in silver and space grey for $299 in the USA, and in the UK, Henley Audio are expecting delivery and availability later this month or early December. The UK price is £299. In the EU the price is 349€.
