432 EVO music servers is partnering with Ilumnia loudspeakers, also from Belgium, to bring you the best of Belgium at the HiFi Deluxe 2024 Munich show, in room 136.

The two Belgian brands are partnering for HiFi Deluxe in Munich.

The 432 EVO music server brand will bring their 432 EVO Master flagship with matching true triple linear PSU, now with a brand new realtime 432OS operating system.

432OS DEBUTS AT THE HIFI DELUXE SHOW

“For over a decade, we’ve been fine-tuning and enhancing a Linux operating system based on Fedora. Originally designed for consumer use and even bundled with other servers, our version evolved with unique features like our 432 Hz playback, custom upscaling, a sandboxed Roon environment, realtime tuning and more. Now, with our expertise and feedback from the 432 EVO community, we’ve launched a fresh enterprise-grade OS, built from the ground up on tech released in November 2023: 432OS. Drawing from my experience as a Linux engineer in a major insurance company, I knew the importance of a robust, long-term supported OS. Our new system combines the stability of enterprise-grade software with real-time audio capabilities, inspired by cutting-edge physics experiments. We’ve seamlessly transitioned all our optimizations and testing to this new OS, and the results are astounding. Plus, with its roots in CERN’s official OS and real-time features used for the LHC beam monitoring, we’re confident in its reliability. ILUMINA MAGISTER NOVUS

The system will use Ilumunia’s latest Magister Novus loudspeakers featuring their unique Adaptive Driver Control and Ilumnia LEMS (Linear Motor Excursion System) driver, which has eliminated the traditional mechanical suspension (surround and spider) of the cone, that causes most non-linearity issues. Instead the Ilumnia cone floats completely free in its own magnetic field.

“The Ilumnia LEMS driver is not an evolution of the electro-dynamic driver. It can be called a revolution. It has 99,7% linear behavior and has no compression at all which gives it a perfect dynamic response. Mechanical resistance of the cone is nullified so there is no absorption of music signal, not even the tiniest one. Therefore the smallest detail can be heard. The speed and linearity of this driver results in high resolving power of complex music. Moreover, the Ilumnia Magister Novus brings its LEMS driver to the next level by introducing a dynamic suspension control. This means that the position of the cone is fed back to the power supply, allowing the driver to be adjusted to different modes, ranging from a fully linear mode to a soft clipped power mode. We called this Adaptive Driver Control (ADC).
