CLEARAUDIO DIAMOND JUBILEE MC CARTRIDGE MARKS 45 YEARS OF VINYL INNOVATION
German analogue audio specialist Clearaudio has unveiled its new flagship moving-coil cartridge, the Clearaudio Diamond Jubilee MC.
Limited to just 45 units to celebrate the brand’s 45th anniversary.
CLEARAUDIO DIAMOND JUBILEE MC CARTRIDGE
The Clearaudio Diamond Jubilee MC features a zirconium oxide body, chosen for its extreme hardness and resonance stability. This helps to minimise unwanted vibrations, with manufacturing tolerances of up to 0.001 mm.
TECHNOLOGY DERIVED FROM THE GOLDFINGER STATEMENT
Building on innovations from the Clearaudio Goldfinger Statement V2.1, the Diamond Jubilee MC incorporates ultra-thin 24-carat gold wire coils for maximum efficiency and sound clarity. It also features integrated high-frequency shielding, originally introduced in the Goldfinger Statement, to eliminate interference and preserve signal purity.
REVISED CANTILEVER AND MAGNET ARRANGEMENT
A newly designed, angled cantilever enhances tracking accuracy, while a Micro-HD diamond stylus ensures precise groove tracing and resolution. The optimised neodymium magnet arrangement works with a revised coil geometry to improve dynamics.
CHANNEL SEPARATION AND BALANCE
Clearaudio has fine-tuned every component of the Diamond Jubilee MC, with a channel separation of over 35 dB and a channel balance of under 0.15 dB.
