AUER ACOUSTICS VERSURA V2 FLOORSTANDING LOUDSPEAKERS TO MAKE NORTH AMERICAN DEBUT AT AXPONA 2025

Auer Acoustics, the Bavarian loudspeaker manufacturer, is set to present its VERSURA V2 floorstanding loudspeakers for the first time in North America at AXPONA 2025.

Handcrafted in Amerang, Bavaria, the VERSURA V2 represents Auer Acoustics’ focus on refined acoustics and high-quality construction. Central to the design is the use of tankwood – a highly dense, pressure-treated material that combines the natural acoustic advantages of wood with enhanced durability and stability. This forms the basis for speaker cabinets designed for low resonance, precision tolerance, and long-term performance.

The choice of tankwood is not just aesthetic – its structural properties allow for the creation of enclosures that optimise sonic clarity and reduce unwanted vibrations. The result is a loudspeaker that aims to deliver a balanced, natural, and engaging sound presentation, staying true to the recording.

AUER ACOUSTICS VERSURA V2 POWERED BY SOULUTION ELECTRONICS

Visitors to AXPONA 2025 will be able to experience the VERSURA V2 in a dedicated listening room (Room 731), where the loudspeakers will be paired with high-end electronics from Swiss manufacturer Soulution. This setup has been curated to highlight the speaker’s transparency, musicality, and dynamic range.

MEET AUER ACOUSTICS FOUNDER ROBERT AUER AT AXPONA 2025

Attendees will also have the opportunity to meet Robert Auer, the company’s founder and chief designer, for informal discussions about the brand’s philosophy, design process, and development approach. This adds a personal dimension to the Auer Acoustics exhibit, allowing enthusiasts to better understand the thinking behind the VERSURA V2 and the brand’s broader design ethos.
