Hiva Oa are delighted to share their new single ‘Astroturfing’ on Clash. The track is taken from their forthcoming EP, mk2 (part 2) – out April 7th.

The Belfast band have had strong support already from the likes of 6 Music, The Times, The 405, Gold Flake Paint and Hot Press and lead singer, Stephen’s vulnerable and unflinching vocals have been compared to James Blake and Thom Yorke’s. This latest track features added voice from Wisconsin newcomer, Amelinda Burich.

Mixing dizzying guitar lines, helpless vocals and disorienting percussion with lyrical themes of deception, ‘Astroturfing’ focuses on how perspectives are distorted through constant streams of misinformation and the difficulty of staying afloat.
