For the first time Zanden Audio will participate in the High End Munich show from May 18th to the 21st. Zanden will have a static display at the MOC in Halle 4 U19.
Zanden told us: “We will display our Modern Collection of audio components: the model 8120 stereo amplifier, model 3100 line preamplifier and model 120 phono preamplifier. At the same time Zanden will have an active display at the Hifi Deluxe Munich 2017 which runs concurrently from May 18th through the 20th”.
“In Salon B of the Marriott attendees will be able to experience Zanden’s Classic Collection of audio components: the model 9600mk2 mono power amplifiers, model 3000mk2 line preamplifier and 1200mk3 phono preamplifier. This event will mark the introduction of our newly upgraded model 3000 line preamplifier to the mk2 version. It replaces the current model 3000 preamplifier in the Classic Collection and includes a number of crucial improvements. Input and output transformers have been replaced with amorphous cobalt ones. The tube rectified power supply has been completely redesigned. Zanden has also retained ALPS highest quality analog potentiometer while successfully implementing a unique motor drive system to achieve remote volume control. The model 3000mk2 includes a full function remote which controls power, volume, switching of sources, absolute or reverse polarity and a mute function”.
