Marten of Sweden has launched a new series with three loudspeakers, Parker. Their new series started as an update to Heritage but proved to be more radical than an upgrade.
Marten says: “Parker is a real departure. Significant improvements to cabinet resonance, a newly designed crossover, and bespoke drivers make the series a step-change. All models come in ceramic or diamond editions. The build has new and improved construction, allowing the cabinet to truly disappear within the soundstage”.
Marten Parker Series
The cabinet design features, tapering sides and M-Board: a multi-layered material that offers extreme resonance reduction. With improved handcrafted techniques, the cabinet is finished to Marten’s demanding standards.
The multi-diverse crossover technique is a progressive move for Marten. As are the bespoke ceramic drivers. When it comes to bass, they chose passive radiators.
The new Marten pucks by IsoAcoustics further reduce resonance.
Diamond Edition
All Marten Parker speakers can be upgraded to Diamond Edition, featuring a pure diamond tweeter, top of the range Jorma Statement internal cables, more advanced crossover components and improved terminals.
Parker Quintet
Parker Quintet is the flagship loudspeaker of the new Parker series.
