NEW FLAGSHIP BANG & OLUFSEN BEOPLAY H100 HEADPHONES LAUNCHED
Danish electronics company Bang & Olufsen has launched its latest flagship headphones, the Beoplay H100.
The new Bang & Olufsen Beoplay H100 model builds on its predecessor, the Beoplay H95, and promises improvements across various aspects including sound quality, noise cancellation, design, and construction.
BANG & OLUFSEN BEOPLAY H100 HEADPHONES
The Beoplay H100 headphones feature custom-made 40mm titanium drivers tuned by Bang & Olufsen. Drawing inspiration from the brand’s Beolab loudspeakers, the H100 aims to deliver “an immersive audio experience that rivals high-end loudspeakers”. The headphones include advanced noise-cancellation technology, boasting double the performance of the H95, to enhance sound clarity in noisy environments. They also feature a new EarSense technology, which adapts audio output in real-time to fit the listener’s unique ear shape.

MODULAR CONSTRUCTION
Designed for both comfort and style, the Beoplay H100 incorporates a modular construction approach, allowing for easy replacement and servicing of components such as the inner headband, earpad cushions, batteries, and drivers. This design supports Bang & Olufsen’s commitment to product longevity and sustainability, with future software upgrades planned to keep the headphones technologically current.
THREE COLOUR OPTIONS
The headphones are available in three colour options: Infinite Black, Hourglass Sand, and Sunset Apricot. They feature a glass touch interface for easy control, precision haptic dials, and tactile buttons. The design prioritises both aesthetics and functionality, using premium materials such as lambskin leather for the earpads and a knitted textile for the headband, aiming to ensure comfort during extended wear.
INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION
Bang & Olufsen has equipped the Beoplay H100 with features including support for Dolby Atmos and spatial audio with head tracking for a more natural listening experience. The headphones are designed to detect when they are being worn, automatically powering on and off to extend battery life. They can operate for up to 34 hours on a full charge, with a quick charge option that provides up to 5 hours of playtime after just 5 minutes of charging.
ANC AND TRUETRANSPARENCY
Users can seamlessly switch between different listening modes, including noise cancellation and TrueTransparency mode, which allows ambient sounds to be heard as though no headphones are being worn. The user interface can be customised via the Bang & Olufsen app to suit personal preferences.

FOCUS ON SUSTAINABILITY AND DURABILITY
The Beoplay H100 headphones have been designed with sustainability in mind. Bang & Olufsen has adopted cradle-to-cradle principles in their design, aiming for official certification in 2025. The modular design approach not only facilitates repairs and part replacements but also ensures the headphones can be updated with new software features over time. This commitment to sustainability is supported by a five-year warranty offered through the company’s Beocare programme.
