The guitarist who inspired millions, including Brian May and Eric Clapton, to “Play in a Day” has died at the age of 91.
Herbert Maurice William ‘Bert’ Weedon OBE had been ill for some time and died at his home in Buckinghamshire (United Kingdom) earlier today.
