BØRRESEN T-SERIES LOUDSPEAKERS BRING M-SERIES TECHNOLOGY TO A NEW RANGE

The new Børresen T-series replaces the 0-series, drawing inspiration from the high-end M-series. Teased at shows around the world during 2024, the Børresen T-series Loudspeakers are now ready to be released.

Designed and handcrafted in Denmark, the T-series incorporates M-series technology in a more accessible package, featuring a combination of high-gloss lacquer, carbon, and real wood veneers.

TWO VERSIONS: STANDARD AND SILVER SUPREME EDITION

The Børresen T-series includes the T1, T3, and T5 models, each available in a standard version and an upgraded Silver Supreme Edition (SSE). While both versions share core driver and cabinet designs, the SSE models feature cryogenically treated silver pole rings, titanium driver baskets, and enhanced Darkz T2 resonance control devices for improved performance.

Børresen’s patented ironless magnet motor replaces conventional iron-core designs with neodymium rings arranged in a mirrored alignment. Standard models feature copper pole rings, while the SSE versions upgrade to silver for enhanced conductivity and transparency.

ADVANCED DRIVER AND CABINET TECHNOLOGY

The T-series employs a three-layer membrane with an aramid honeycomb core and spread tow carbon fibre skins, minimising vibrations and ensuring accurate sound reproduction. The SSE models include titanium baskets for the 5” drivers, optimised for rigidity and smooth airflow.

SERIAL CROSSOVER DESIGN WITH BI-WIRING CAPABILITY

All T-series models use serial crossover networks for consistent current flow to the transducers. The T3 and T5 models support bi-wiring and bi-amping, enabling independent power delivery to the bass and mid/high sections for improved clarity and spatial depth. Aavik active crossovers offer further room optimisation.
