Launching at CES 2024 the HIDIZS ST2 PRO Digital IEMs feature USB-C connector for phones PC, Portable Gaming Devices etc flagship ESS ES9281C DAC and support for 32-Bit/384kHz PCM, DSD128, and MQA.

HIDIZS has today unveiled what they claim are the world’s first HiFi Digital In-Ear Monitors (IEMs), the HIDIZS ST2 PRO; and a Portable USB Type-C Adaptor DAC, the HIDIZS SD2.

HIDIZS ST2 PRO DIGITAL IEMS

The HIDIZS ST2 PRO Digital IEMs represent an innovative new way for consumers to listen to their audio from today’s digital devices, including: smartphones, portable gaming devices, Digital Audio Players (DAPs) and more.

USB TYPE C

Rather than featuring a traditional mini-jack plug, the ST2 PRO is equipped with a USB Type-C connector. ​ The IEMs feature a built-in flagship ESS ES9281C PRO DAC and offer support for audio files up to and including 32-Bit/384kHz (PCM), DSD128, and MQA. Users can easily plug the ST2 PRO Digital IEMs into their Mac, PC or smartphone, including the latest iPhone 15. ​ The digital wired connection is designed to ensure zero latency, for playing games, or watching video.

DRIVERS

HIDIZS’ audio engineers have used 10mm Magnetic Circuit Dynamic Drivers, with frequency response of 20Hz — 40kHz, and 6N High-purity Oxygen-free Copper Cable.

HIDIZS SD2 USB TYPE-C TO 3.5MM ADAPTOR DONGLE DAC

Also announced at CES 2024, is the new HIDIZS SD2 USB Type-C to 3.5mm Adapter Dongle DAC.

Available in three colours, Black, Grey, and Silver, and weighing in at just 6g, the diminutive SD2 features a USB Type-C connector on one side, and a 3.5mm headphone output on the other.

Featuring an ESS ES9270 DAC, support for audio files up to 32-Bit/384kHz (PCM) & ​ DSD128, and a frequency response of 20Hz — 40kHz, the HIDIZS SD2 will be available from February.
