High End Munich at the MOC opens its doors today to trade with public days being Saturday and Sunday.
After flying into Munich yesterday afternoon we took a trip to the MOC for a quick look around the High End Munich show and to get a feel for the show before the event proper starts. Judging by the enthusiasm of the exhibitors and people from the High End Society, (the organisers of what is arguably the best HiFi show in the world) that we met, this is going to be one hell of a show. Everyone we spoke to, and even in the hour or so we were there we met a lot of people from around the world, seemed to have a real buzz about them in anticipation for the show to start. It’s also clear that even from our quick look around the ground floor halls that the exhibitors have gone to enormous efforts to put their stands and booths together.
Needless to say, we were hugely excited to see the HiFi PiG SELFiE TOWER that is positioned outside Entrance 1 to the MOC and we absolutely loved it with Linette, myself and our friends and photographers for the show Andreas and Kirsten all taking advantage of the unmissable photo opportunities the tower offers. Don’t forget that whether you are attending the show or not you can still enter our competition to win an AVIDHIFI INGENIUM turntable – you can enter here.
HiFi Pig has a few people covering the show including Linette, myself and Ian and Heather Ringstead and we’ll be keeping you up to date on our Facebook page so you needn’t miss a thing. Of course, following the show, we’ll have our usual extensive coverage of High End Munich.
And so without further ado, I think it’s time to go get some breakfast, fortify ourselves with caffeine and then hit High End Munich!
