KII AUDIO RETURNS TO AXPONA 2025 WITH KII THREE, KII THREE BXT AND NEW KII SEVEN

Kii Audio returns to AXPONA 2025, for the first time since 2018, bringing its complete loudspeaker line-up to demo room 1441.

The German manufacturer will exhibit the Kii THREE, the Kii THREE BXT extension, and the new Kii SEVEN, offering attendees a look—and listen—at their active loudspeaker systems.

KII THREE AND KII THREE BXT FEATURE MODULAR DESIGN

The Kii THREE is a compact, fully active loudspeaker system controlled by in-house DSP. It covers a broad frequency range and uses individual amplification for each driver. When combined with the BXT extension module, the Kii THREE becomes a taller floor-standing speaker with increased output and bass extension. Both units are designed as a modular system to suit a range of listening environments.

KII SEVEN JOINS THE RANGE AS A SMALLER FORMAT OPTION

The newly introduced Kii SEVEN offers a smaller footprint while incorporating the same core design principles found in the THREE and BXT. It uses the brand’s cardioid dispersion system and built-in amplification to provide controlled bass response and consistent imaging. The SEVEN is designed for use in both domestic and professional spaces where room acoustics may be less than ideal.

CONTROLLED DISPERSION FOR CONSISTENT PERFORMANCE

All three models—the Kii THREE, Kii THREE BXT, and Kii SEVEN—employ Kii’s cardioid dispersion technology. This design focuses low-frequency output forward while reducing sound to the sides and rear. The approach aims to minimise interaction with the room, improving consistency of performance across different setups.

INTEGRATED DSP AND AMPLIFICATION ACROSS THE RANGE

Each loudspeaker in the Kii Audio range features internal DSP and dedicated amplification for each driver. This allows for precise control of crossover settings, phase, and timing without the need for external processing. The result is a compact system that aims to simplify setup while maintaining accuracy.
