French krautrock-inspired electro-psych band La Femme is pleased to announce that they’ll be cruising to Hawaii in the middle of the European winter. “L’hawaïenne” is the first track taken from an upcoming thematic EP dedicated to Polynesian music genre and good vibes.

Despite France being so far away from the islands of the Pacific, “L’hawaïenne” provides a paradisiac dream, with a touch of nostalgia. The ocean, the waves, the surf culture, always… La Femme is offering a relaxing piece of exotic music, plenty of colourful flowers and French lyrics, before releasing the first singles off their third album in a few months.

“We are paying tribute to the spirit of Hawaii; with evanescent women in a tropical scenery. From the Parisian winter to the paintings of Eugene Savage, enjoy the trip and the tropical feel. ALOHA!” La Femme
