LORENZO AUDIO LABS LAUNCHES THE LM6 LOUDSPEAKER

The new loudspeaker from the Lorenzo Audio Labs team is the Lorenzo Audio Labs LM6, the Spanish brand’s first fully sealed loudspeaker.

Designed for enthusiasts seeking controlled bass and flexible placement, the Lorenzo Audio Labs LM6 Loudspeaker has been designed to be positioned close to walls without compromising performance. The sealed enclosure enhances precision and minimises room interaction, making it a versatile choice for various listening environments.

LORENZO AUDIO LABS LAUNCHES THE LM6 LOUDSPEAKER

At the heart of the Lorenzo LM6 is a dual-concentric 15-inch midrange/woofer driver featuring a paper cone and an Alnico magnet. The woofer is paired with an AMT tweeter, housed within a custom-made horn, designed to ensure detailed high frequencies and seamless integration between drivers.

HIGH SENSITIVITY AND LOW-LEVEL PERFORMANCE

With a sensitivity of 95dB and an 8-ohm impedance, the Lorenzo LM6 is designed to work with a wide range of amplification, from low-powered valve amps to high-powered solid-state designs. Its full-range performance allows for engaging listening even at low volumes, making it ideal for late-night sessions without sacrificing depth or impact.

The LM6’s cabinet is constructed from 41mm-thick phenolic laminated wood, precision-machined using 5-axis CNC technology. The crossover is housed in an isolated, sealed chamber and features hand-welded connections without printed circuit boards. High-quality components from Jupiter, Mundorf, and Pathaudio ensure minimal signal degradation.

HIGH END FINISH

Each LM6 cabinet is covered in natural wood veneer, handcrafted using traditional techniques. Solid steel feet incorporate a Panzerholz base to minimise vibrations transmitted from the floor. Lorenzo Audio Labs also offers custom wood finishes upon request.
