Mark Hudson who is responsible for the electronics side of the business designs speakers and equipment that are used extensively in recording studios and live music, but he also has many designs for domestic audio.

Nigel M Brown concentrates on the turntables side of the business. Iota may be a new name to many but the guys have been making kit together since the 1990s. Nigel worked with Tom Fletcher (Nottingham Analogue) during the early to mid 80s and during this partnership they produced The Space Deck & Arm.
