ORCHARD AUDIO VALENCIA BALANCED HEADPHONE AMPLIFIER LAUNCHES

Orchard Audio has announced its entry into the headphone amplifier market with the launch of the Orchard Audio Valencia Balanced Headphone Amplifier, a 17-watt-per-channel class AB balanced headphone power amplifier.

Designed to drive demanding headphones while maintaining the finesse needed for highly sensitive models, the Valencia also delivers 7 watts into 8Ω, making it capable of powering high-sensitivity speakers.

The Valencia marks Orchard Audio’s first collaborative project, developed in partnership with Z-Reviews. The collaboration aims to merge Orchard Audio’s transparent amplifier technology with real-world audiophile expertise to deliver a high-performance headphone amplification solution.

FULLY BALANCED DESIGN

The Valencia features a fully balanced architecture from input to output, ensuring precise and clean signal transmission. Independent linear power supplies for each channel further enhance performance by minimising noise and distortion, preserving the detail and nuance of audio playback.

SLEEK AND FUNCTIONAL DESIGN

Encased in a sandblasted aluminium chassis, the Valencia is available in anodised black or natural aluminium finishes. Its modern aesthetic integrates seamlessly with other high-end desktop audio gear, including Orchard Audio’s PecanPi+ streamers.

The Valencia will make its official debut at AXPONA in Chicago, with shipments starting in late April 2025. It will also be showcased at NYC CanJam. Preorders are available now at an introductory price of $1,599.95, with the retail price set at $1,999.95.
