MOR (Magnum Opus Rediscovered) Music is a cultural organization with a mission to ‘transform the way people hear musical masterpieces’. They and the HiFi Distributor, On A Higher Note, are coordinating the DSOTM listening party in stores across America, from New York to San Francisco and Seattle to Miami.

HiFi and audio stores in the USA will welcome local music lovers to the special listening event honouring Pink Floyd’s top-selling album the day after the worldwide release of the new deluxe box set. HiFi and Pink Floyd fans are encouraged to visit their local audio dealer and enjoy a unique listening experience with like-minded music lovers.

It sounds like a fantastic way to enjoy the album and at the same time support your local HiFi dealer…something that we at HiFi Pig always champion!

The Pink Floyd DSOTM In Store Listening Party will take place all over the USA

PINK FLOYD DSOTM 50^TH ANNIVERSARY BOX SET

This new deluxe box set includes CD and gatefold vinyl of the new 2023 remastered studio album and Blu-Ray + DVD audio featuring the original 5.1 mix and remastered stereo versions.  The set also includes an additional new Blu-ray disc of Atmos mix, plus CD and LP of ‘The Dark Side Of The Moon – Live At Wembley Empire Pool, London, 1974’, a 160-page hardback photo book, a music book, replica 7” singles and memorabilia.

The event will take place in HiFi and Audio stores across the USA on Saturday, March 25^th between 3 and 6pm local time.
