John Coltrane – A Love Supreme (Jazz, 1965)

Widely acclaimed as one of the great jazz records, A Love Supreme featured Coltrane leading a quartet that included pianist McCoy Tyner, bassist Jimmy Garrison, and drummer Elvin Jones. A Love Supreme was (and still is) the name of the Sunderland FC fans’ fanzine.
