Devialet’s compact version of their Phantom, Phantom Reactor, is available in two models (600W and 900W), in both solo and stereo mode, and is now available in Matte Black as well is it’s classic white finish.
Until now, the Devialet Phantom series has been available only in white, but now Devialet has unveiled a new, Matte Black version of its Phantom Reactor ultra-compact speaker. The result of a year’s design efforts, the speaker’s sharp matte finish is achieved with an aqueous paint solution, creating a soft touch and a smooth finish . Each material layer is separately coated with the finish.
Solo Or Stereo
Setting up in solo or stereo mode is achieved using the Devialet app. Music can be enjoyed wirelessly from your connected device (phone, TV…) through Airplay®, Bluetooth, Spotify Connect, UPnP or through analogue or optical jack connection.
Patented Technologies
Phantom Reactor, like the Phantom Premier series, features Devialet’s 160 existing patents in acoustic and mechanical engineering, a further 11 patents have contributed to the Phantom Reactor’s design, allowing for sound from a compact package (it is less than 22cm long and under 17cm tall).
Breakthrough Devialet innovations, pushed even further for the Phantom Reactor, include: Analogue Digital Hybrid (ADH®), Devialet’s core innovation in sound amplification, combining the sophistication of Class A analogue amplification with the power and compactness of Class D digital technology.
Speaker Active Matching (SAM®), the mathematical model that ensures control of the mechanics of the speakers and acoustic fidelity of Phantom Reactor. Heart Bass Implosion (HBI®), the acoustic process that emits bass sounds with depth and physical impact. Active Cospherical Engine (ACE™), the spherical design and the acoustic shape to reproduce a sound and diffuse its energy linearly in all directions, and Cybernetic software systems.
Made In France
Since the launch of Phantom Reactor in White in 2018, Devialet has extended its distribution network across the globe by 40%.
The Phantom Reactor in Matte Black will retail from £990.
